For most enquiries, the way in is a thirty-minute call. No preparation needed from your end. We will listen first, then say where we think we can help, where we cannot, and what a useful next step might be. If you would rather send a message first, the form below reaches us directly.
A few lines of context save us both time.
When you send the first message, the things that help us prepare:
- Your organisation, sector, and the role you hold
- The shape of the problem as you see it today (one paragraph is enough)
- What has already been tried or considered
- Any deadlines or constraints already in play
You do not need a brief, a slide deck, or a clear scope. We will work that out together on the call.
We respond within two working days.
For most enquiries, two working days is the upper bound. Senior workload permitting, often sooner. If the enquiry is time-sensitive, say so in your first message and we will prioritise accordingly.
We read every enquiry. Where the work does not fit our practice, we will tell you so plainly, and where we can, point you somewhere better.
